Alcohol Licensing

In order to provide alcohol in any vehicle a private hire operator must hold a Premises License issued through their local authority.

Despite the large number of operators doing so, it is not legal for any operator to provide 'complimentary bubbly' without such a license. Be warned - both the operator and the person who booked the limousine could be liable to a fine and in the case of the operator, possible imprisonment if the vehicle is stopped by the police or local authority and subjected to a routine check.

Hewkin Executive has been granted a license for the retail supply of alcohol by Cannock Chase District Council. As such we are able to provide you with tailored drinks packages for your journey even if you are traveling in an affilliate vehicle.
